Emily Chalk is a project architect at BKK Architects working across a broad range of interesting, design focused projects of varied typologies and size from private residential, to interiors and large scale institutional.

Emily looks at the practice of architecture as problem solving for a specific site, client and constraints, rather than the creation of a particular typology or aesthetic. Emily enjoys the collaborative nature of design, in particular the interactions and communications with clients, stakeholder groups, consultants and contractors to ensure a great outcome is achieved on all accounts.

Originally hailing from Adelaide, Emily has previously been a juror for the South Australian Architecture Awards in the Heritage and Small Projects categories in 2014 and 2015.
