Malgorzata (Gosha) is passionate about creating environments that allow everyone to thrive, and which promote the importance of diversity.

Educated in Poland and England, Gosha has achieved extensive architectural experience working on many of Grimshaw’s iconic projects in Europe, the United States, the Middle East and Australasia.

With this experience spanning more than 20 years and across a diverse range of sectors, including infrastructure, aviation, commercial, retail and research. Gosha is adept in navigating complex design challenges and developing collaborative stakeholder, client and consultant relationships.

Gosha is committed leader in the architecture industry. She regularly contributes to the design community through sessional teaching, crits and mentoring, and to initiatives such as the Champions of Change Coalition Architecture Group. Gosha has also been a guest speaker for Parlour’s Stepping Up event series.
