Kirsten Bauer

Kirsten Bauer is a Director of ASPECT Studios an urban design, landscape architecture and environmental communications practice. Working across Australia and internationally for over 20 years with expertise in public realm and infrastructure strategy and design. She has been instrumental in the success of the studio which is recognised as one of the leading landscape architectural practices in Australia and south East Asia. Education and research is fundamental to her thinking and she has been a past lecturer at RMIT and continues with commitment to education through guest lecturing at universities and conferences. She is an Adjunct Professor at RMIT University, a member of the Victorian Design Review Panel and member of the former Ministerial Advisory Committee for the Protection of the Yarra River. Kirsten has also contributed to the industry through various positions with AILA, in particular President of the Victorian Chapter.
