Mimi is a registered architect with a growth mindset.

Beyond 13+ years of experience on major projects across the country, Mimi is an active contributor to the local architecture community in Perth. She is currently Co-Chair of the Australian Institute of Architects WA Equity Taskforce (previously Gender Equity Taskforce).

Mimi has also been Chair of the RAIA Emerging Architects and Graduates Network WA (2015-2016), a juror for the WA Architecture Awards (2020 & 2023), on the editorial team for The Architect journal (2019), a Sessional Academic at Curtin University (2017), and founding curator of the Urban Screening project (2014-2022).

In addition, Mimi has been a driving force behind the WA RAIA Female Fellows Initiative and associated exhibition, as well as the establishment of Archibubs in WA.

Mimi particularly enjoys shaping conversations within the profession. She has hosted and/or moderated the following Australian Institute of Architects events:
