I love to challenge preconceived ideas of what a space should be and deliver a tailored design that truly meets the needs and functions of its users. How people experience the spaces we design is critical to the success of the space the views externally, a moment where the sun hits your back, variation in the light levels and how the space smells ... all the senses should be considered - this creates memorable spaces.
During my career spanning more than 20 years, I have established an intimate understanding of the commercial and residential sectors in architecture. I have been involved in a number of award-winning, integrated design teams where we have brought talent from diverse disciplines to get the ultimate result. This is testament to my holistic approach to interior spaces; one that blurs the boundaries between interior and exterior space and ensures every project I am involved in maintains a genuine sense of place and identity within it's local context.
