Judy is a recognised and well respected industry contributor in seniors living, both in Australia and on the global stage. She has over 30 years management and clinical experience in various areas of seniors living and health and has worked for architectural firm ThomsonAdsett over differing periods, since 1998. Judy is well known for her industry advocacy, and an initiative she is very proud of, and most recognised for internationally, the SAGE international industry study tours (www.sagetours.com). SAGE is a study tour program conducted for industry executives to travel abroad studying the built form and services models of international seniors living and health facilities.
In her current role with ThomsonAdsett Architects Judy is responsible for the International Program and is Business Development Manager – Seniors Living, progressing national and international seniors living and health development markets and linkages. She currently serves as an inaugural founder and board director of the Commonwealth Association of Ageing (CommonAge www.commage.org). The CommonAge vision is to advance the interests of older people throughout the Commonwealth by building capability and capacity in care services.
