Kylee is a registered architect and Director of the award-winning architecture, interior and urban design firm Fratelle Group since 2010. She is also a Non-Executive Director for Bethanie, WA’s largest aged care provider and LandCorp, Western Australia's land development agency focusing on residential, industrial and commercial projects across the State.

Kylee was awarded the 2015 Australian Institute of Architects Emerging Architect for WA and is a 40under40 winner. She holds a number of leadership and advocacy roles within the industry, including as a Chapter Councillor with the Australian Institute of Architects, committee member on the Commercial Committee for the Property Council of Australia, and on the Education committee for the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC).

Kylee has been the Project Director, Project Architect and Superintendents Representative for the design, coordination, management and administration of large and complex projects in different sectors including multi-residential, commercial, seniors, retail recreation and hospitality projects across the state and prides herself on connecting with clients to create high quality design outcomes for every project.
