Belinda is an architect, landscape architect and director of Cairns-based firm POD (People Oriented Design). She is a Queensland Chapter Councillor (Australian Institute of Architects) and an Adjunct Research Fellow (Griffith University). Belinda sits on the Qld Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Committee (Australian Institute of Architects) and she has a Master of Landscape Architecture (Deakin).

Her years of practice throughout regional and remote Queensland have given her an intrinsic love and understanding of landscape and climate. She has specific expertise in the areas of sustainable tropical design and intercultural design in research, community engagement and practice. Belinda has co-facilitated public workshops, delivered lectures to tertiary students, and presentations to public and industry groups. Belinda is well known for her comprehensive construction knowledge and extensive experience in diverse sectors of the industry in remote and regional areas.
