National Lead Urban Futures and Resilience
Architectus

I am a senior director and board director with deep experience in property management, design, community development and sustainability, playing a role in the strategic direction of future urban environments. Starting my career as an architect, I found greater satisfaction in contributing to the bigger picture – the design of our cities, regions, precincts and signature assets. I’m passionate about leaving the world in a better place than I found it.

I have held senior roles at leading organisations including the University of Melbourne, VicUrban (now Development Victoria), Creative Victoria and private architecture and development firms.

I hold a number of leadership positions including board member of the Facility Management Association of Australia, the peak national body for facilities management and involved in a range of government and stakeholder advisory groups which is a vital part of the built environment and property sector.

I am a member of the Green Building Council of Australia Industry Advisory Group as well as the Australian Sustainable Built Environment Council Working Group.

I am a huge supporter of diversity and inclusion and am a director of TEN Women, a group of influential women in property and construction with a mandate to connect and empower women in the property industry.

I also work with organisations such as the Australian Institute of Architects, the Melbourne Law School, and the Property Council of Australia to mentor women in the construction and development industry.
