Holly is Director of BoardGrove Architects, a young emerging architecture and design practice based in Melbourne. BoardGrove’s work engages with a variety of historic, rural and urban contexts ranging in scale from small furniture pieces to large speculative chunks of the urban landscape. BoardGrove’s work aspires to be joyful and delightful, meaningfully contributing to inhabitant’s lives and the character of surrounding contexts. Their first two completed projects have been widely published internationally, including features of both on Deezen.

With a background in both architecture and interior design, Holly has a wealth of diverse experience across many different types and scales of projects both in the UK and Australia, including numerous award winning residential and commercial projects.

In parallel with practice Holly is involved in ongoing research work at Monash University which explores how design can improve the quality of life for people with disabilities and Australia’s ageing population.
