Jessica is a registered architect, practicing predominantly in Queensland and Northern New South Wales. Leading the design team at Happy Haus, she has developed expertise in design for modular construction and has special interests in residential and community architecture. Jessica completed her Masters thesis on Contemporary Vernacular Architecture in Timor Leste, an area she hopes to further explore on an ongoing basis. A new member to the Institute's National Committee for Gender Equity, Jessica is an advocate for gender equity and enjoys writing about and discussing issues relating to social justice and sustainability within the profession.
