Charlotte is a Strategic Designer, now practicing in the area of service and policy design. Originally trained as an architect and with a degree in design anthropology, she brings these areas to her work to design public services.

Charlotte was previously in workplace strategy consulting. She enjoys working at the edges of design, where crossover with ethnography and research, human centered design and user experience come together to rethink completely new models and systems.
