With 25 years experience practicing in Architecture, I registering as an Architect in 2003. I have been Director of And Architecture since 2007 and have taught Bachelor and Master of Architecture at RMIT, Melbourne University, University of Queensland, and QUT. I currently work in the emerging field of Design Governance as Senior Architect at Sunshine Coast Council.
As an active member of the Australian Institute of Architects, I am Board Director and Member Elected National Councillor, Queensland Chapter Councillor, and immediate past National Education Committee Chair. I promote inclusion and wellbeing in the profession and in education, and encourage collaboration between emerging and practicing architects, academic practitioners, and students.
I foster a personal interest in the evolving history of Australia, its culture and environment. I see that our industry plays an important role in ensuring meaningful connections with First Nations people, including consideration of Country.
