Now Director of Green Sheep Collective, Shae has long been an architectural green sheep. Her upbringing instilled in her a respect for people and a passion for the environment.

Shae has over 22 years of extensive industry experience. Having worked with a range of design and sustainability focused firms including Zen Architects, Troppo and Lyons, Shae has grown an architectural practice that is a leader in sustainable design and aims to enable and foster community.

As a sustainable design advocate with awards and commendations, Shae has shared her considerable knowledge with other experts and members of the community. She has participated in panels at the Sustainability Live conference and guest lectured at RMIT on the topic of passive solar design.

Together with her ESD knowledge, Shae has significant experience in the resolution of highly complex and detail oriented architecture, both driven from within the studio, and through collaboration with clients and builders.
