Leone Lorrimer

Leone Lorrimer has over 30 years of experience as an executive leader of three major international architecture and design practices. Leone was also the development and design manager for city scale projects and iconic museums, including the Louvre Abu Dhabi, the Guggenheim Abu Dhabi and the Zayed National Museum.
In her executive roles, Leone was responsible for performance and design quality on all projects across Australia and then internationally, including leading several international design competitions. Awards won include the Sir John Sulman Medal, Canberra Medallion and Living Future Institute’s Building Challenge.
Leone acts as a juror for Design Excellence Competitions and undertakes Gateway Reviews for the NSW Government. With skills grounded in a strong base of research and knowledge, Leone is regularly invited to make media comment, offer opinion and is in demand as an engaging speaker and presenter.
