Liz Seuseu has over 18 years of experience working in design practices in Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom.
Her expertise ranges from high-end residential projects, social housing, mixed-use commercial developments and interior fit-outs. She has been highly involved in all aspects of these projects and has extensive experience with detailed coordination, project leadership and delivery.
Elizabeth spent seven years working in London on residential projects in some of London’s most upmarket precincts. She joined the Architectus Melbourne studio after working at New Zealand Architectus in the Auckland studio. In Auckland, she led the delivery of the first residential development within the city’s Wynyard Quarter – the award-winning Wynyard Central East 2.
Elizabeth’s process includes thoroughly researching the contextual opportunities and constraints of each project and engaging with clients, stakeholders and users in order to deeply understand their requirements. Her work is underpinned by a keen attention-to-detail and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
Active within the creative arts and architectural community, Elizabeth regularly attends design crits, professional association activities, and has taught design at The University of Auckland. Liz is also member of the AIA Sustainable Architecture Forum, Architectus Sustainability Framework Group and the Reconciliation Action Plan group.
