Claire is a senior architect at Cumulus Studio, who surprised herself by enjoying contract administration and ISO900 quality management systems. Claire has over 17 years of varied industry experience in Australia and abroad from residential, hotels, law courts to shopping centres.
Claire has a keen passion for medium density social housing having contributed to projects such as Uno Apartments Adelaide, Atherton Gardens Melbourne and Goulburn St Social Housing in Hobart.
Design that encompasses communal amenities, gardens, careful spatial arrangement while being generous, is of paramount importance to her work.
Claire recently won a NAWIC 2019 award for her efforts as project architect and superintendent on the 80 Elizabeth hotel and has consulted with local government on multi - residential planning code.
Becoming a registered architect in 2008, Claire enthusiastically supports others reaching their registration and achieving their professional goals by being a mentor through the AIA’s mentoring program.
Claire loves being in her garden and the wilds of Tasmania, values sustainability and zero waste living.
