Nicole Schultz is a Graduate of Architecture and Assistant Project Manager at GHD, working at the intersection of design and delivery. Her experience spans civic infrastructure, emergency services, healthcare, regional development, and client-side coordination. With family originally from Berri in South Australia’s Riverland, Nicole is passionate about expanding opportunities for regional communities through high-quality infrastructure and meaningful design outcomes. Her expertise includes integrated project delivery, stakeholder engagement, client relationship management, and supporting women in construction and allied fields. As Secretary of GHD’s Young Professionals Committee and an active member of the national Project Management Young Professionals network, she champions hybrid careers and non-linear pathways that empower emerging professionals. Nicole is committed to shaping an inclusive, interdisciplinary construction industry where architecture and project management work together to deliver stronger, community-focused outcomes.
