Wei is an architect currently working at Phillips/Pilkington Architects, where she focuses on education projects and modular construction. She is committed to designing spaces that thoughtfully balance form and function, overseeing projects from concept through to completion.

Before completing her Bachelor and Master of Architecture at the University of South Australia, Wei earned a Bachelor of Visual Arts, majoring in photography and print making. Her background in visual arts continues to inform her design approach, offering a distinct and multidisciplinary perspective to her work.
