I am a HR and Quality Manager with over a decade’s experience in large practice, and an enduring passion for architecture. After starting in office support and document control, my responsibilities have expanded to include all operational aspects of the studio, as well as ensuring best practice in our approach to design and projects. As national Head of Quality, I encourage knowledge-sharing and learning from our past mistakes (and successes!).

I have a strong focus on people and believe that designers need someone to advocate for them while they advocate for everyone else. I’m particularly interested in the ongoing struggle for diverse representation within the industry and applying an equitable lens to design.
