I am the founder and principal of Studio Clare. My practice is committed to making our built environment a more liveable and beautiful place. I guide my practice towards this aim by seeking innovative approaches to sustainable architecture and original ways of working with materials. I would love to collaborate with those who share these values and have a similar appreciation for our environment.

My research project on rammed earth architecture investigated novel approaches to the material and sustainable characteristics of clay. Visiting a large collection of earthen buildings worldwide has given me extensive knowledge of the most innovative sustainable architecture.

I enjoy shaping volume and space for people to dwell inside. In the future, I seek to sculpt the spaces where you live. These might be within a house, a new alteration and addition, a small studio within a beautiful garden or another unique exploration into the architecture sphere.
