As Managing Director of Billard Leece Partnership, I bring over 20 years of experience across Australia, the Netherlands and the Middle East working across a range of design sectors and typologies, most notably as an expert in healthy environments.
I have been instrumental in the expansion of BLP from Melbourne to Sydney from 2011 onwards. BLP has now grown to over 150 people who work collaboratively to deliver social, community and people-based design solutions through architecture, urban and interior design.

Involved in a range of major social infrastructure projects from masterplanning through to project realisation I bring a focus on achieving sustainable healthy outcomes. I an proud to champion evidence based design (EBD) that drives innovation and best practice outcomes, enabling effective and responsive planning and design, creating solutions that enhance our wellbeing.

A stakeholder manager with strong design skills and an aptitude for comprehensive planning and processes and passionate about socially responsive spaces, my thesis on multiresidential developments explored this aspect of design. “We shape our buildings thereafter they shape us” (Winston Churchill)
