She leads multidisciplinary teams, collaborating with clients to create tailored, functional, and innovative design solutions that enhance healthcare and research environments.

Rashi is committed to delivering impactful, user-centred outcomes while pushing the boundaries of health facility design. Her expertise ensures that each project meets and exceeds the expectations of clients, communities, and healthcare professionals.

Before joining Hassell, Rashi made her mark at HDR, where she led major projects like the Westmead redevelopment and served as the clinical lead for the New Dunedin Hospital, New Zealand's largest hospital project.

Deeply passionate about improving healthcare and research environments, Rashi continuously strives to deliver outcomes that benefit clients and communities alike.

Outside of her professional role, she is the proud mother of two wonderful girls and resides in Westleigh, balancing her life as both a leader in her field and a dedicated parent.
