Lily Pepper

Gradaute Architect
Wallace Brice Architecture

Lily is a graduate architect at WallaceBrice Architecture. She has worked across large national firms and small boutique firms, with experience in residential, commercial, medical and mixed-use projects.

The start of Lily’s career was significantly shaped by Covid 19 and the 2022 floods across SEQ and NSW. She was a crucial member in the team that delivered the QLD Government’s flood relief program ‘the Resilient Homes Fund’, which served over 7000 homes devastated by flooding across SEQ, and has contributed to sustainability initiatives such as sustainability action plans and sustainable supplier compendiums.

Lily is passionate about equity and equality in the architecture industry, shaped by conversations she has had with other graduates and students about the roadblocks they faced entering the industry. This passion has led Lily to mentor students through the QUT mentor program and to be involved with Parlour as the new host for the Brisbane salons.
